Vice President Programming

Evelyn Galarza has managed PR efforts for brands across diverse industries including cable, entertainment, food, travel, beer and spirits, and consumer packaged goods. She has extensive experience designing and implementing communications programs specifically tailored for U.S. Hispanic consumers and has been charged with providing cultural insights to help clients and internal stakeholders create cross-cultural and Hispanic-target campaigns that are meaningful and relevant. Galarza currently leads national press outreach for the residential marketing division of Time Warner Cable as Senior Public Relations Manager. In this role she creates press strategies and oversees the overall PR execution for large-scale customer events, community investment initiatives and sponsorship properties including the US Open Tennis, NY Wine & Food Festival, Time Warner Cable Studios, Connect a Million Minds Day (CAMM Day) and Victor Cruz Foundation.

Prior to joining Time Warner Cable, Evelyn held various positions with PR agencies including DeVries Global, Citizen Relations and RL Public Relations + Marketing, where she identified and managed strategic partnerships and led award-winning Hispanic campaigns for clients such as Procter & Gamble, Heineken USA, Toyota, and General Mills. Galarza holds a B.A. in Communications and Spanish from SUNY Oswego.
